Hello, I'm Louise. My husband and I left Paris to settle in my native and beloved region, Alsace 🥨
I left my job in product marketing in a large company, because I always had this idea running through my head: to one day open gîtes... It took us more than a year and a half to find the Alsatian house that corresponded to all our criteria and that could accommodate our cabin project at the bottom of the garden... After more than five years of dreaming about this project and two children later, we are so happy to welcome you to La Cabane Pain d'épices!
